This program is designed to develop overall strength, power and conditioning for the Yoke Event.
This is an 8 week Program and the first of the 2 effectively designed 8 week programs. It utilizes movements directly or a variable depending on need and / or equipment availability.
Loading is based on individual strength and conditioning levels. Use 1RM based loads and percentages. Be honest with yourself to improve effectively and of course for safety.
Do not skip weeks or loading parameters. Also, although sets and reps are provided if it is necessary to scale back on sets do so until conditioning levels rise.
